A large part of the BIL's success comes from the talented bridge players who willingly give their time and share their expertise with the members. There are currently between 12 - 20 sessions each week offering a variety of learning opportunities for members. In addition to presenting each 2 hour lesson, a considerable amount of time and effort goes into preparing the lesson notes, example hands and articles. The BIL is pleased to offer a series of booklets compiled from those lesson notes and articles.
They are presented in an easy to understand manner to expand the readers understanding of some of the basic concepts that need to be applied to increase ones bridge playing skills.
They are intended to be used as a handy reference to return to time and time again. I am sure it will be of considerable help to all to have this material on hand, to read at leisure away from the computer, to have on your desk to refer to during a lesson and while practising in the BIL, in a Chatroom discussion or when using the Partnership Bidding Room.
